These terms apply to your use of quietfive.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About Quiet Five
Quiet Five (quietfive.com) is owned and operated by Ayush Sondhi, an individual based in Punjab, India. In these terms, "Quiet Five", "we", "us" and "our" refer to him. You can contact us at hello@quietfive.com.
2. Using the Site
- Quiet Five is free to use. There are no accounts or subscriptions.
- The site is made for a general adult audience. If you are under 18, please use it with the permission of a parent or guardian.
- We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time, without notice.
3. Not Medical Advice
The sounds, games, coloring pages, kind words and guides on Quiet Five are for relaxation and entertainment. They are not medical or other professional advice, and they are not a treatment for any condition. Please read our Disclaimer.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
- try to disrupt or overload the site, or to gain unauthorized access to it or to the systems behind it;
- use automated tools to copy content from the site in bulk, other than search engines that follow our robots.txt rules;
- copy, republish or sell our content, except as section 5 allows;
- click on ads, or encourage others to click on them, other than out of genuine interest; or
- frame the site, or present it as part of another service, without our written permission.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise, the text, design, graphics, line art, sound edits and mixes, and code on Quiet Five belong to us and are protected by copyright and other laws.
- You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You may print our coloring pages for personal, family, classroom or care-home use, and you may share links to any page.
- You may not sell our coloring pages, sounds or other content, include them in a product or service, or upload them to another website or app.
Quotes are the words of the people named, and we credit each one to its source. Some recordings used in our sounds were released into the public domain by their makers under the Creative Commons CC0 dedication. We credit them on our sound pages, and our edits, loops and mixes of them are our own work.
If you believe something on Quiet Five infringes your rights, email hello@quietfive.com with the details and the page address, and we will review it promptly.
6. What You Type and Make
Text you type into our tools stays in your browser and is not sent to us, as our Privacy Policy explains. If a tool lets you save or share something you have made, such as a colored page, you are responsible for what you make and share.
7. Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely, without any obligation to you.
8. Links, Ads and Other Services
The site links to other websites and shows ads from Google and its partners. We do not control those websites or ads, and we are not responsible for their content, products or practices. A link or an ad is not an endorsement.
9. No Warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or free of errors or harmful components, or that its content is complete, accurate or suitable for your purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profit or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Because the site is free, our total liability to you for all claims is limited to USD 100 or its equivalent in your currency.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Punjab, India, have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you live in the UK or the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
12. General
- If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- If we do not enforce a right under these terms straight away, we may still enforce it later.
- These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
